Hi everyone!

I'm Paula, a dedicated pediatric emergency nurse who faces high-stress situations every day. Five years ago, I discovered yoga, and it has since become an integral part of my life.

Through yoga, I’ve learned to quiet my mind and regulate my nervous system. This journey led me to become a certified yoga teacher in 2024.

With a background in Medicine, Dynamic Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga, I bring a diverse range of knowledge to my classes. I believe in the importance of balance in life and empower my students to find their inner peace and sustain emotional and physical well-being.

My classes provide a nurturing environment for cultivating a healthy body, a calm mind, and a harmonious approach to life.
